I like working for GCL because it gave me hands-on summer field experience. The remote nature of the work allowed me to be more productive, hone my organization and self-driven nature, and get what really needs to be done, done. While remote work may appear to be disconnected, I found that GCL has a firm belief in connection with their employees, with regular meetings and virtual get-togethers, as well as consistent support for field staff.
