Working at GCL has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I’ve enjoyed the challenge of delving into Phase 2 ESAs, with each project offering valuable learning opportunities that allow me to gain new insights and build on the skills I learned in school. I like working for GCL because it gave me hands-on summer field experience. The remote nature of the work allowed me to be more productive, hone my organization and self-driven nature, and get what really needs to be done, done. While remote work may appear to be disconnected, I found that GCL has a firm belief in connection with their employees, with regular meetings and virtual get-togethers, as well as consistent support for field staff. GCL being a smaller consulting company creates a tight-knit sense of community, where almost everyone knows each other's names. I think GCL is a great place to work!
